Shipping policy

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to fulfill your order after we process your payment.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States of America. All shipments will be mailed out with Canada Post and will include a tracking number.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will be notified via email confirming shipment with the tracking number for your reference.

Duties & Import Fees (U.S. Customers)
All orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Customers are fully responsible for any duties or import fees charged by U.S. Customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient in order for the package to be released and delivered.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of potential fees prior to placing your order.

Please note orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays and will be processed on the next business day. Your signature is required at the time of delivery for safe drop. If you or no one is available to receive the parcel, the parcel will not be safe to drop. You will find a Delivery Notice Card with details of where to pick up your parcel.
