  • FREE PICK UP AT NOBLETON SHOWROOM

Order online and you can pick up your order at our Nobleton showroom. Please e-mail us at info@shopiridescent.ca for the address and to coordinate a pick-up time.

  • SHIPPING 

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to fulfill your order after we process your payment.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States of America. All shipments will be mailed out with Canada Post and will include a tracking number.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will be notified via email confirming shipment with the tracking number for your reference.

Please note orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays and will be processed on the next business day. Your signature is required at the time of delivery for safe drop. If you or no one is available to receive the parcel, the parcel will not be safe to drop. You will find a Delivery Notice Card with details of where to pick up your parcel.

 Please note Iridescent Swimwear Boutique is not responsible for any delays and/or damages that may occur in transit. We are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.

Free shipping within Canada for purchases over $100 before tax.

Express Mail - $30

United States
Regular Mail - $30 flat rate

We are not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Return/ Exchanges

We hope that you love your new merchandise, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return your items for a refund/exchange.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date for either a refund or exchange.
 
If you have a concern about sizing please contact us before completing your purchase.

 

Return/ Exchange Conditions

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
  • Must have all original tags and hygiene strip must be attached to product
  • Must have no markings, signs of wear or alterations
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery date

Please request a return through our Returns Centre.

 

  • We will not accept returns made without a return number.
  • Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • Customers will be held accountable for the condition of returned products and will not receive refund if product is damaged

Merchandise will be inspected and determined if it’s an acceptable return and in proper condition. If not, package will be deemed unacceptable and refund will not be processed.
