Return Policy

We hope that you love your new merchandise, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return your items for a refund/exchange.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date for either a refund or exchange.
If you have a concern about sizing please contact us before completing your purchase.


Return/ Exchange Conditions

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
  • Must have all original tags and hygiene strip must be attached to product
  • Must have no markings, signs of wear or alterations
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery date

  • All SALE items
  • All EARRINGS due to health and sanitation reasons
  • All  LE SPECS SUNGLASSES, QUAY AUSTRALIA SUNGLASSES and BLUE LIGHT GLASSES due to natural wear and tear that may occur
  • Discounted and Promotional Merchandise, this includes any purchases made with promotional codes.
  • NO price adjustments will be made on any items.

  • We will not accept returns made without a return number.
  • Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • Customers will be held accountable for the condition of returned products and will not receive refund if product is damaged
Merchandise will be inspected and determined if it’s an acceptable return and in proper condition. If not, package will be deemed unacceptable and refund will not be processed.
